Incline Village is located on beautiful Lake Tahoe’s North Shore; it has some of the most expensive real estate in the United States. Established in 1882, Lake Tahoe has a rich history, which started with Incline Village, and a post office that opened in 1884. One of its first most notable homeowners was George Whittell, a San Francisco tycoon turned conservationist. Another interesting piece of its history is that the show Bonanza starring Michael Landon, Dan Blocker, and others was filmed at what was once called the Ponderosa Ranch right in the heart of Incline Village! A Gorgeous Condo
The image to the right is of a quaint condo we remodeled after it had flood damage. This condo is in the exclusive gated 999 Lakeshore complex that was built along Tahoe's beautiful North Shore. These condos have direct beach access and are located directly next door to Hyatt’s famous Lone Eagle Grill. There was extensive water damage, so therefore it needed mold remediation as well. Sterling Builders was up for the task and helped the homeowners navigate the whole process. In the end, everything turned out great, and they were left with a gorgeous condo reminiscent of its’ exquisite surroundings.

He and his crew were so amazing in dealing with my old townhome after it flooded from a leak that had been going on all winter.
