The picture on the left shows a home on Orange Plains Drive in the ever growing Spanish Springs, which is a suburban area in Sparks, NV. This project included a complete guest bathroom addition, a custom arch and pop out off the living room, and a beautiful kitchen bay window. The pop-out addition, complete with new large sliding doors gives the living room a grandiose feel inside, yet allows the owners to have a wide open view of their gorgeous backyard. The bathroom addition that we attached to the guest bedroom turned out amazing, and was just what the owners wanted to accommodate their guests when they came for a visit!
Making dreams a reality!
The image to the right is of a home on Oakdale Circle in Sparks, NV. These clients wanted their master bathroom, guest bath, and kitchen upgraded. They had some very special requests as they wanted their forever home to accommodate their needs as they grew older. A couple of these unique features were: heated floors, a jetted tub with a grab bars, and a curb-less shower that could accommodate a wheelchair if necessary. Sterling Builders paid close attention to their wants and was able to deliver exactly what the asked for!

Sterling Builders did a fantastic job on our remodel! We made changes during the remodel process with no problems. Mike Sterling was extremely easy to work with. Nicole was very helpful with the numerous requests, I can imagine they were thinking, does John know what he's doing? It took some time to get it all completed, but I would rather it take a little more time than having to go back and redo something. Terry and I would strongly recommend that you call this company for all, and I mean ALL your remodeling needs! We also had them remodel the kitchen, extremely happy with the outcome. Had both bathrooms and kitchen done.
