This new Home Addition project was completed for your neighbors in Sparks. Additions are a great way to invest in your home. A well-planned addition not only adds more space to your home but also adds value. There is a lot going into this project and we begin by us adding a custom arch and extending the sliding glass door area, giving it a more open feeling.

While this next item is part of the entire project, it allows us to introduce our Kitchen Remodeling services too. We want your remodeled kitchen to be a perfect combination of good looks and practical functionality.
A dream kitchen can be different for everyone, so let us be your partner in deciding what will work best for you. We took out the old window and added a beautiful bay window for the homeowner. It opens up the space and is a great space to house plants and add special design items.
In the dining room, sliders and a transom were added to let more light into the room, as well as give the owners easy access to the outdoor patio area. We also show the new slider from the outside leading to the dining area.
This next item is also part of the new addition project but allows us to more thoroughly introduce our Bathroom Remodeling services. We added a new bathroom onto the guest suite. The owners wanted to accommodate their out of town guests, and make them feel at home.
Getting a closer look shows all the exquisite bathroom fixtures. The granite counter tops, ornate glass backsplash, and shower tile blend beautifully and have that special touch to the dark wood cabinets. Then you see the glass mosaics in the shower as a waterfall feature.
